Today, at my school, the student council is trying to raise $5000 for Haiti. They are doing so by playing the song from High School Musical in the hallways and cafeteria everyday until they get the money. FML

Sounds kind of fun to me. If you know a lot of people don't like the song, why not set up a stand selling earplugs and send those profits to Haiti as well?

I'd threaten to file a lawsuit. This is in direct violation of your constitutional rights as delineated in the 8th Amendment. And to be honest, I think the globe's sent over enough things to aid the relief effort. The problem is that we aren't getting it to where it needs to go. Just because we send over a jillion tons of supplies doesn't mean it automatically gets there, and sending over another jillion tons won't make the logistical problems go away.

Haha. When I was in high school, my student council played "Mm Bop" by the Hanson Brothers until they could raise enough money for our local Hospital.
