Today, fifteen minutes after dinner was served, my blind date says "It's good that you're smart. Not to be rude, but most girls aren't. I mean, at some point, I'm going to pull my dick out of your mouth and then it's good if you have something interesting to say." Check please. FML

Wow, got yourself a real winner there, apparently he's not quite as brilliant as he thinks you are... Not so sure if I'd say FYL or YDI, but it's funny all the same

Ouch.He is definitely not a keeper.

ida said .. "i have my degree in that as well as ..." and kept going =| haha either that or laughed enough to pee my pants haha

Doesn't matter if a comedian said it. The comedian you don't take seriously because you know nothing they say is serious. The guy is an idiot for saying that on a first date. I don't think this is an FML though because you found out on the first date he was a douche. Yeah it'd be funny if a husband or boyfriend of 2 years or something said it, but first date? The guy's a moron.

If he meant it as a joke then I don't see the problem, as ImaginaryFoe said a few posts up, it depends on how he acted the rest of the evening. It was a blind date, he was probably nervous and just trying to make the OP laugh. If he was being deadly serious then yes, you are right and it's good that the OP found out now that he's a douche.

If someone can come up with a conversation that would happen on a first date where this would be appropriate, then your dating habits are much different than mine. I'd say talking about your dick on a first date is generally taboo. And the "most girls aren't smart" attitude also shows just how much of a moron he is.

^^ hey calm the **** down you feminist grandma sheesh maybe the style of dating that op is describing didn't happen in the 1950's when you were a teen or young adult must mean that this is how kids do it today so get over it

Actually I'm 24 but apparently the caliber of men that I've dated have been a lot classier than you. If not wanting to hear dick jokes on a first date makes me a feminist, then whatever.

Tbf you do have a point about dick jokes and first dates. I was only saying that if he was very nervous then it might have caused him to say something a little more offensive than he realised. If that makes sense. But generally I agree with you, ktbird, not on the first date.

So agree with this, I would've made sure I'd get the hell out of that first blind date! However if my bf said it, it would be a whole different thing.

47 no one gives a **** it's not skool we cood care less se idont give **** war I spell rong

Would it really hurt you to make a little more sense than that though? I mean I don't normally comment on people's grammar/spelling skills, but surely making it more easily understandable would be nice? When you have to reread someone's post three times to try and make out the bad spelling/abbreviations it's a bit much.

The funny thing about school is it generally applies to the rest of life in some way. In this case spelling and grammar would actually make your opinion mean something instead of just reinforcing how stupid you sound.

chop it off and serve it too him in a hot dog bun with cheese and mustard :)
