I would tell them to leave or rent myself a hotel room until they leave. nice and simple
Two words: EAR PLUGS... I think after the first day of the child waking up and screaming is a hint to invest in a cheap one until the guest visits is over.
Tell the roommate they best be paying for a hotel room, either for the guest or for you, if that kid can't be shut up.
I can NOT stand kids like that and their parents who think the rest of us should just put up with it, if they think at all. This is why I can't have roommates, children, or roommates with children.
This kid is like the snooze button, but you can't turn off the alarm entirely.
If your neighbor knows that he's an asshole. And idk how anyone can put ydi. You don't at all. You can't control the screaming kid, it's not always easy to shut a crying kid up. Sorry for you.
