Just put the band on your forearm. It doesn't have to go on your bicep. It still works the same.

This reminded me of the roommate I had overseas. Only she would eat junk food all day after going to the gym... Anyway, try putting the arm band around your forearm instead of the upper part of your arm. That might work. And good luck on your path to a healthier you :)
