Today, I called my phone company to get some answers about my phone bill. I was okay with being put on hold. In fact, I was on hold for so long, that the music stopped playing. When someone finally answered they told me to call back tomorrow. All my phones disconnected an hour later. FML

I get so entranced by the music when I'm on hold that I don't even notice when the people actually pick up because I'm singing along. That's when it gets a tad awkward.

wow! everyone is saying AT&T, but I always get great service from them, sucks 4 u guys.

Unless you are on some sort of prepaid mobile plan your service won't get shut off if you are a day late. With contract mobile or LAN service you usually have to be a month or so overdue before you get cut off and if that is the case YDI for taking so damn long to address the issue.

uhg my phone company (telus) is awful for it too I feel your pain OP telus actually put me on hold just to hang up on me a couple seconds later..but I have heard bell is horrible with their billing..you just can't seem to win now a days! hope you get it all figured out OP!

bell good for billing there customer service just sucks but virgin who bell owns has much better customer service

That's when you complain so much that they give you free stuff for having to deal with them. In the end I would switch phone companies to a more reliable one.
