Today, I decided it would be pretty amusing to press the "Like" button on everyone's status on Facebook without reading them just to get on peoples' nerves. After re-reading them later, I found out one of them said "I MISS YOU SOO MUCH GRANDMOM. RIP". I liked that her grandmother died. FML

Um, yeah, you deserved that. You set out to be a prick, then you acted like one. Whoopsie ******* daisy.

You do realize there is an 'unlike' button right?

People like sad stuff like that all the time. It shows sympathy too. It's okay.

I see like less as an" I like tgis" button and mire of an" I agree with your opinions on this topic and would like more people to see thia" button

Simple excuse, say you felt bad and liked it to give support

When I see posts like that I like them. But I do it in the sense of showing support for the person and no one has ever thought I liked it to be an ass

You definitely deserved something bad but this could easily be written off as more "I support/agree with you" than "Woohoo, your grandmother died!"

It can be read as you miss her grandmother too.

In your defense , what was that person expecting, "no likes" lol

In that case, it would be meant to show support for the person in their time of hardship and sympathy. Don't worry about it.
