FAKE!!!!!!!!!!!!!! You take protein after a workout, not before.
Just some FYI, protein can be taken before working out. It can be used as sort of a meal replacement especially if you work out in the morning. You would still need to take protein after though. Good luck with the workout. Just remember, supplements don't mean anything without the workout. :)
Lol at 39, looking big actually boosts your self esteem...i used to be so unconfident, then I hit the gym and now im a different person! Im only 15, so if I can do it, you can. Its not just physical benefits, its mental aswell
