And what perceived slight did you commit that made him think it was OK to break your windows? Honestly I don't understand some people, road rage will get you killed. The next guy that this bat-weilding maniac goes after may have a gun, and (double-checked location of OP: USA) he'd be well within his rights to put that asshole down in self-defense for the credible threat of someone coming at him with a deadly weapon.
