I feel you op, I was once accused of cheating before the test even started.

That basically happened to me the other day in my Econ class, but he let me retake it the next period after I told him that his action of taking my test was unnecessary. Talk to your teacher/professor and see if they'll change their mind!

I'm not saying YDI but I think they explain that there is no talking. Especially with standardized tests, it can invalidate the score, or at least here in Alabama. Not sure about Ireland.

honestly I wouldn't let this go, you should talk to your professor, and if they refuse, then take it to the Dean. failing a test isn't like a simple thing, it risks the fact that you gotta pay for the class and waist more time and money taking a class again (if you're in college).....if in high school then talk to the teacher and go up from there...the money part doesn't count in this one.
