to expand on what #55 said - buy a bunch of little bells. You can buy them at crafting stores in packets of 20, dirt-cheap. Buy dozens and put them everywhere: sew them in her clothes, drop them in her bags and shoes, sprinkle them along her bookshelves, put then into her desk drawers, drop a couple in her shampoo bottle, etc. Be creative. When she starts to go mad from the tinkly little sounds, calmly point out that since you're deaf, the noise doesn't bother you. I once pranked my little brother by buying a bunch of googly-eyes and pasting them all over his stuff. Then I added notes like, "I'm watching you. God is watching you. The neighbors are watching you" and so on.
