That's unwise...
Frivolous litigation. Ahhh the fabric holding the American society together.
What happened to the unbelievably over protective dads? Do they not exist anymore?
Maybe your dad was trying to say that you have to decide for yourself what to do? I mean if your dad said to not ever talk to him and by following his orders you feel a regret for not giving this dude a second chance, you could blame your dad. Maybe he's telling you that whatever you decide to do, you have to be able to live with it. Guys aren't really able to communicate right off the bat and maybe he feels you're smart enough to figure it out on your own :-)
****, what do you want us to do? Sue him or something, I dunno.
leave him if he has no longer putting his heart on u. no point staying with someone who doesn't love u anymore.
Hmmm. Lets see. Your boyfriend cheated on you. And your searching around for advice? Perhaps do the only possible logical thing and dump him and move on? Just a suggestion. I feel like perhaps I should be paid for my contribution here...
You can sue him for emotional distress.

Even in this situation, the best solution anyone can come up with is to sue. It's a sad sad world.
