The best thing to do is talk to her about this, because she really could be doing it to earn enough money. Don't jump to conclusions or you'll depress yourself. :D.

If she's tight on cash it might not be a choice she makes to specifically avoid you. The only way you can really know is talking about it with her upfront. Things aren't always clear but you can possibly make it work with good communication :)
