The police should've been able to run your name to find out where you live. Or they could've asked the alarm company, who should have the occupants listed. Or they could've asked the alarm company for homeowners information, and then questioned you to match the answers.
My thoughts exactly. I was wondering when someone was gonna comment this.
at roughly 10:24. just saying. also, couldn't have OP been a burglar who did his research into the homeowners?
After the first time I read this post I only really thought that it just sounds like it clawed balls having to go through that for over 8 plus hours! But now after thinking about it for a second, I'm guessing you are really young...? I mean, no permit or Drivers License with your address and full name? The cops could've looked up the homeowners names and info. Also, if you w
Damn I did not see 33... I'm sorry everyone.
I hope you didn't go to jail. What an irresponsible thing for adult parents to do. How the hell could you just forget you had a child that needed in the house and how do they not have caller ID or something on their phones knowing its your number. Sounds like they're stupid and selfish.
Lol something similar happend to me once, I was lock outside my own house. After a 2hrs of bitching and pissing about it I climb to the top of the house and break in to a window. I done it so well I couldn't believe it, maybe I should consider this my permanent job. Lol
Dude, your parents are ******* dodging you, man. Fyl
Can't they just check who lives in the house? Even if your name is not listed, shouldn't it be a terribly simple thing to look for your parents names and see if they match the house owners'?
Has anyone considered that the son is an adult who lives elsewhere now and was only watching the house or feeding animals while his parents were away? That's how I read this FML. Not that the parents locked their teenage son out of his own house. Which would also then explain how they could forget to tell him the new code.
That's how I read it as well.
The post reads "OUR alarm system."
How dare you. Mötley Crüe =/= hipster. You make me sad.
Ok ok. The code is 1.......2......3........4.......5 12345? That sounds like what an moron would put on luggage
LOL Space Balls reference! *thumps up*
The police thought you were a telemarketer? /sarcasm

Your parents sound like they're not very good at being parents. I feel sorry for you.
