Today, I found out that the medication that's been free to me and has given me no noticeable side effects will be $1500 a month for my new insurance. This is a medication used to prevent my MS relapses. FML

Get a medication authorization and get it covered. They'll probably cover it if you apply for it.

Omg that's horrible! Stupid insurance! I hope you can find some way to help you get the medicine. I take 3 medicinea for my epilepsy that would be over $2,000 a month if my insurance didn't pay for it. So I really feel for you and really hope you can get some help. I know MS is horrible to live with.

Copaxone? If it is? Look into Shared Solutions. It’s Teva’s own network to help people afford the medication. My wife gets here effectively for free.

Personally I'd cancel the insurance.
