Today, I found out the real reason my boyfriend kept starting fights with me, and why my best friend kept telling me to break up with him. It was so they could turn their affair into a proper relationship, then twist it around to make me look like a bitch for dumping him. FML

I am not sure if I would go with that, he sounds like an ass enough to not care. She should tell the best friend she is certain the boyfriend is cheating on her. She can say she is certain since she has been 100% faithful and has chlamydia. Let the best friend get pissed at the boyfriend for "cheating on her", tell them both it was a lie and op has a clean bill of health, then let the douches fall on their own sword.

The problem with that is a tattoo shop will not work on you if you are drunk or high. And you have to fill out a release form, something you can't do while drunk.

i've known people to get tattoos/piercings whilst drunk. and i have three tattoos, never had to sign a release form or anything. just needed to be 18 or older.

@42 Exactly what I was thinking! Why can't people just be honest with each other? They should've admitted to OP they had feelings for each other. It would've hurt at first but it would have saved OP so much pain in the long run; if the boyfriend and best friend loved and cared about OP they would have wanted to hurt her as little as possible. OP would've most likely wanted her boyfriend and best friend to be happy because she loved them and appreciated their honesty and straight-forwardness. Instead she's full of hate and bitterness towards them.
