Today, I got home from work to find an eviction notice taped to my door, stating that I was a nuisance and had 30 days to vacate the property. I live at home with my parents. FML

Wow this sucks. Here's what I would do if I got a note like that. First, I would get a go to college (or stay if you already are) and get a degree in whatever you like, something that can get you alot of money. Then, after college, go get a job associated with the degree you got (for example, if you got a degree in physics, sign up to be a professor or something of that matter) save up your money and buy a nice house. Then, live your life as you want, but when it comes to your parents getting old and needing a place to stay, slam the door in their ******* face. They deserve it anyways after kicking you out. Unless they had a good reason to, like you are annoying, then scratch all that and YDI.

WTF? It's a fair assumption that OP's parents fed, clothed, and sheltered her for at least 18 years. She could be a moocher in her 30s for all you know and they could just be trying to get her to be independent. That wouldn't merit a one way trip to the old folks' farm.
