Someone told me you can put wax paper over it and stroke a comb over the wax paper to make it go away or lessen it if it's large. If I was sitting in the class, I would've been more interested in what the teacher was saying than how OP got it. We're adults. People fool around and they have sex. It's no big deal.

If you are in college, that's probably against your school's harassment policy. Generally speaking, the harassment training a professor is required to go through includes instructions on not drawing attention to sex acts like that without first talking to the student first.
