Well that's an odd problem...but I never knew of a concession card on a train before...unless Amtrak changed things...hope the fee isn't too high...

Maybe where OP is, is like Sydney, in that if you don't have your concession card with you then you aren't entitled to a concession fare and will get fined. In which case YDI
