you can't "just get over anxiety" if you do any research to back your thoughts those of you who posted earlier you would see that anxiety doesn't work like that you can't just stop and medicine doesn't always work I have every anxiety disorder as well as depression and my family is simar they just kind of ignore me and act like they don't know it's happening I feel for you!
It's like you're Meg from Family Guy. Except for that I didn't laugh at this episode.
I registered here just to reply to this. My mother is exactly the same. She is fully aware I have panic attacks, in fact it was her who initially suggested that's what they were. But she will not tolerate "horrible noise" as she calls it. This includes the noise of ordinary crying or talking angrily. She would have said exactly the same thing. You're not alone in this. *hugs*
:( hope ur better
This is how you solve it: imagine a giant baby walrus just being turned inside out and its guts flying everywere and you are so confused then look at it objecttively " at least im not a giant walrus being turned inside out" and sometimes i say it outloud to people.

your mom's a bitch.
Is your mother unaware of the fact that you have panic attacks?
