Turning off your phone is always an option. So is locking your bedroom door or moving out to your own place.
I am sure that somewhere you have plenty of more evidence of their abuse and you could self report to CPS.
your family you can't do much about for the time being. your "friends" can be told you are not at their beck and call at all hours, and you will answer when you're available. and stick to it that's a downside of cell phones. people feel like everyone has to be immediately reachable
How about telling everybody "My therapist told me I need to turn off my cell phone and only answer through email. He also told me I need to wait at least 24 hours before I answer any email, so I don't have any more panic attacks." Now anybody asking you to answer your texts will become the selfish bad persons.
