I never understood why black people get upset when called niggers. ****** = black. Black people are black. If you don't judge people by their color and therefore don't see black skin as an inferiority, why would you insist that calling someone black is offensive?

Actually the term, "******" literally means "illiterate." That's what people used to call black people when most of them were slaves because they were, well, illiterate. The name stuck, and that's why it's offensive. You're thinking of the word, "Negro." Dumb ass.
