It's about time to start exercising more often.
This is actually quite serious. You need to go see ur dr right away, and do not exercise without first consulting your dr as it may lead to a heart attack, if you haven't already had one. Especially in overweight ppl, the signs of a heart attack can be "covered up" by your body. I have treated a patient with the same exact story before. I am not trying to hate, I just do not want you to get hurt.
