You may be out of shape but it's never to late to start excersiving and eating right
I always get winded going UP flights of stairs, but not down! Maybe you should start taking the stairs any chance you get, OP.
up and down those stairs 50 times a day, that's all you need at first.
Weights burn more calories than cardio. although some cardio isn't that bad
