I see everyone crying "cheater" bit what if she is separated from her husband and they are still working out the divorce? It took my parents a full 10 years to have their divorce finalized

If that were the case, why wouldn't she agree to the proposal? It's not like they couldn't wait for her to get out of the marriage to actually get past the engagement step. Let's face it. The woman mentioned in this FML is a cheater, unless (Though, it's VERY unlikely) the above questions are true and the OP just believes that it's cheating, even if they're currently getting divorced, and no amount of white knighting will change that.
