How do you know they slept around in high school? Here's some math: Marries at 18 (we have seen why this is becoming less common), gets pregnant a year later (now she's 19), marriage fails (because they were young and didn't think it through) and she will probably be 20 before the divorce is finalized. Perfectly reasonable scenario, not a ****, and still too young to drink. #10--asshole. Go back to remedial modern day society classes, and adjust your views of this country. God, some people are so out of touch.

I'm not going to say that the OP is a ****, because I'm sure he or she is not, but for goodness sake, would you people please think before you get married, especially when you're marrying at a young age? I know you get caught up in the moment, but you really need to think hard about your future with your spouse and wonder if you two can really stand together during tough times. Talk it all over!

In the UK its 18 :) thats why when i first read this fml i though op was 16 or something. Then your screwed. But assuming you're 20, life isnt over yet. Try and get help from family and friends

Reading some of these comments it seems like people are saying that the OP was complaining about being divorced and pregnant. It seems more like she was complaining about not legally being able to drink. It does seem backwards that people who aren't old enough to drink can get married(or go off to war for that matter).
