I went to this past's Christmas party and didn't realize until a few days later that my cousin who had shot and almost killed someone like a year before was there. I had forgotten about that because I only met him like once when I was 8. Glad I didn't make a wrong move at that party...

I took it as you are a doctor and work at a hospital. From what I have noticed of you I'm fairly certain you do not work in a psychiatric hospital but I am thinking the poster was cracking a joke.
