Today, I received an email from an ex who I haven't heard from in two years. Excited that it might be her asking if we could meet up, I opened it. It was a virus. FML

She gave you cyber herpes >.< that bitch!!

After two years of shoring around after she left you, you should be glad she didn't want to meet you. She could have given you a much worse virus then.

She's an ex for a reason... :-) but FYL for getting the virus!

Don't be so quick to judge the ex. My e-mail account was hacked recently and they used my e-mail to send malicious links to everyone in my address book, including my ex husband who I haven't spoken to in years.

Wrong. Your account was "Hijacked". Not "Hacked". Stolen due to crappy computer security and keyloggers. To be a "Hacked", you need to rip passwords out of the email site itself. Anyone with the skill to do this wouldn't give a flying **** about your email account and would be stealing L33T amounts of money.

Lol, my mistake...let me rephrase....my account was hijacked....lol thanks for the correction.

Your son needs a hug, that's who. Stop ignoring him.

Nono, not that son. The other son.

and yet you still have his email address ?

I'm thinking this could ba a fake FML. You can't get a virus from opening an email. You CAN get a virus if you open an ATTATCHMENT from an email or a link. Who is dumb enough to open an attathment when 90% of the time they tell you the type of file it is.
