A felony charge will not, in itself, make a judge deny bail. People charged with felonies get released on bail all the time. Also, when bail is denied it is generally NOT because the individual is seen as a threat to society (not all felonies are dangerous). It's generally because the person is viewed as a flight risk. Please never speak about the law or the courts again.
