She is not even worth your time and energy, so you are better off with not fighting him. The one you should be mad/upset at is not him, but her. She was the weak one for giving in to someone else so easily and/or for leading you on. If anything, you now have evidence that the two of them trespassed onto your property. That is, if she was not living at your place.
