oh man, i'm always scared the tram driver is gonna drive off when i'm helping someone! I did actually lose my bag at a tram stop once, and after lots of panicking and phone calls, I found out that the tram driver dropped it off at the depot. the most valuable thing in that bag was my Harry Potter book - imagine my relief when i finally got it back!! good luck
motto of the story - dont help old ladies with their bags. its their fault for not commiting suicide before they got old. end of story.
