Today, I was on the bus going to formal for my sorority. I was sitting in the 5th row of the bus when I felt raindrops on my face coming through the open window. I then realized it wasn't raining, but the girl in the 1st row was throwing up out her window and it was coming back in through my window. FML

i agree with #26. some of the best and smartest people i know are in sororities and fraternities. they're great for people who have a hard time socially and some of my relatives still keep in touch with their brothers and sisters from college even 10 and 20 years later. i also agree with #110. this is a site to share crappy life stories. who cares if it was a sorority girl. if it had been any other kind of girl, half of the crap on this post wouldn't be here. put yourself in someone elses shoes for a minute and think about the things you people are saying

I think a lot of people have a lot of misconceptions about Greek life... I won't write a novel about it. If you really want to hear my take, shoot me an email or whatever. But seriously. Anyone bashing greek life probably has either had a bad experience or hates the type of people portrayed in typical college movies (arrogant drunken douches/slutty ditzy bitches). Not all people in frats/sororities are the same. Get over yourself.

This is the most obnoxious arguing I've ever seen. She didn't deserve to get vomited on, Greek or not. Also: #86: If you're going to attempt to sound highfalutin and intellectual, at least spell check the things you are typing. Psychological has an 'h' in sweetheart. #97: Don't try pulling the old 'Army Card' to say you're a good or beneficial person. I know plenty of guys who joined the army just for the money. When you join the military, you sign up to become a killer. I appreciate men like you defending my freedom, but don't pretend what you do makes you a saint. A man came to my high school from the Marines a few years back and told my entire class about how he and his team shot a little boy to death because he came running at them with a rock. Tell me that's somehow defending my freedom?
