Today, it's been almost two months that I've been taking hair, skin and nails vitamins. The only thing growing noticeably longer, faster, stronger, and healthier are my pubes. I've never sheared a sheep before, but I imagine the maintenance I just did was comparable. FML

You should check out the forums of popular health websites. They give really good advice that tell you what anything youre taking will actually do to you.

Sounds like you need to shave a little more often

Perhaps switching to a prenatal vitamin would work? It gives you pretty much all the same vitamins you're trying to get with the Hair, Skin & Nails vitamin but at much lower levels. Plus you get the added bonus of getting a boat load if other vitamins that are good for you.

Actually, they've found that the only reason people associate prenatal vitamins with those things is because pregnant women have higher levels of estrogen, which naturally promote hair & nail growth, as well as better skin. Biotin is a lot more effective.

I heard castor oil is great for your eyelashes and hair. A friend of mine from India, said that the men use it on their bald spots. And women use it on their eyelashes for super long eyelashes... I also know that putting olive oil on your nails and putting on cotton gloves helps them grow longer and stronger in 2-4 months. There's also this lavender nail polish remover that has no chemicals to remove it and smells great. Just saying. I know vitamins all and the growth pills didn't work.

You need to be REALLY careful putting in on your eyelashes. I actually wouldn't personally put it on my eyelashes at all.

Yeah, that seems pretty iffy. Oils can become hotbeds for bacteria growth, & there's already a lot of bacteria living on & around our eyelashes anyway...

That blows, OP. On the bright side, with this frigid cold air we're having, you'll be toasty warm down in your "nether region".

Don't be baaashful, most of us have to do some personal landscaping once in a while.

You don't have to worry until you need to break out the heavy machinery to trim the hedges.

I just cringed at the thought of a hedge trimmer.

i think you should really get some professional medical advice ? don't buy anything off the shelf if you don't know what it does :0 good luck OP

Why did you let them get that long and thick?!
