Today, it's my birthday. At my workplace, we always get a cake for whoever's birthday it is. They somehow forgot about me. I've been working there for a year, and my grandparents and my dad own the restaurant I work at. FML

Besides, who's to say he/she is inheriting the family business? If their parents forgot about their birthday but remember random employees', what makes you think they are turning over the business one day to him/her?

well when you go on break- buy yourself the biggest cake their is and tell them they can't have any- and happy birthday!! I hope it gets better

Last year, the only reason why my dad remembered my birthday is because I told him. My mom remembered, but she wasn't around and didn't buy me a birthday gift. *Shrug*
