maybe mother got jealous an wanted to replace u maybe she gives him things u can't or maybe he just doesn't like you but I'd go for the second one

well i agree some of the others. he`s 23 and has been with u 2 yrs and he`s mommy makes him break up with u. =_= seriously. sounds like u could do much better. the choices he makes are his. not his mommy`s.

Maybe, just maybe your boyfriend of 2 years is just a little girl whose unable to confront feelings and thought that by making a 3rd party the reason for the break up it would make things easier for you, even if he really just wanted to break up with you. It's a pretty big tactic, just not for dating, especially when you don't wanna go somewhere "mom said I can't", "mom said I have to do this", etc.
