Well, maybe one day you will be that high up that you can do something like that and still earn a good amount of money. I'd ask him if he can make me a villain in one of his comic books. But that's just me... :)

What's wrong with writing? He's obviously been successful to be that higher up on the payroll than you. So stfu and maybe actually do some work so maybe one day you can be 50 dollars an hour up on the next person.

Robin made much less than Batman, and Tonto made much less than the Lone Ranger. That's just the way it is for sidekicks. You should ask your boss if he'll put you in as his sidekick on his next comic crusade.
