Quick tip OP. You don't put commas before "and". They're both connectives. It's one or the other.
No, if she were to omit the "and" she'd need a semicolon; the two can't be used interchangeably. :D
Sorry, your quick tip is wrong. The comma comes before the conjunction (and, but, or, yet, etc.) when the conjunction joins two independent clauses, which forms a compound sentence. You don't use a comma before the conjunction when the conjunction joins a dependent clause, which forms a compound verb. In this FML, ", and all" is correct, but ", and is" is technically incorrect. It's one of those things that many people, including me, often get wrong.
well...she is the one who is gonna be juged so calm down ! she is reponsible of you so..

Original Poster.
That is when I would leave all her "corrections" in the revised copy, but maintain your original for your records. When the boss comes back later and blames you again, this time for HER mistakes, you have your original. Good luck not getting burnt out at that job.

what a bitch :/
How do people like that become bosses? It seems like the people with kindergarten educations get the best jobs and everyone else has to go to university for multiple years just to start of at the bottom of the food chain in their job.
