You damn lucky, lucky girl. How is this an FML again? I don't think OP understands how few men out there are willing to touch their partners when they're on their period. It makes you feel worse when you already feel bad, and makes you feel dirty when it's a perfectly normal bodily function---that you couldn't stop if you wanted to (and I'm sure many of us, if not most of us, do). To the men out there who have ever been with a virgin, or the women who find a little blood disgusting, were you grossed out your first time too? Not that everyone bleeds of course, but for those of you who did, just a little to think about.

So what? There are thousands of women who wish their significant others were willing to be more intimate while they're menstruating. You have a boyfriend comfortable and mature enough to understand a natural human process, and who's sweet enough to make a joke out of it in case you're uncomfortable. Get over yourself.

Why is this bad? Periods=super sensitivity down there for the girl. This is really not an FML at all. It's good for both of you.
