I would be pissed too
If you hate Pokemon, then you're just not normal. Ever see that meme? One does not simply outgrow Pokemon? It's something that can't be explained. If you don't get it, you just don't get it. You can never truly retire from being a Pokemon Master once you start. :(
Well...It's pokemon.
Agree! I still play the games and I'm 21. I have all the cards from when I was little, some in Japanese and French, and every game that they ever made/sold in the US. I still have all the movies, even though the 1st one is the best of all of them, and I'm getting the new ones in October. My son is three and we both love the movies. I am a true die hard Pokemon lover and trainer and not afraid to admit it. :) and I will not stop till I have every Pokemon made even though the original 151 will always be the best.
I have tried for years to quit Pokemon, but I have never been able to. Especially when all my friends around me are playing it. I don't know, I just have to give in. It's just that one time that I crumble to pressure. If my boyfriend hated me playing Pokemon, well... Let's just say... Getting off of Pokemon requires years of therapy.
if anything HIS life sucks for you not respecting his love of pokemon like half the world OP. and any answer other than "not until you catch them all" is incorrect btw>:/
I would have laughed too. Why would you ever retire from being a Pokemon trainer?
A lot of people see Pokemon as a children's game (and let's face it, it is), but it's like Spongebob. If, at any time during your youth, you go anywhere near it, you'll keep playing it for a long time. It's as addictive as cigarettes, but without the harmful health effects.
Hey! Pokémon's serious shit!!

You laughed because you can't ever retire from being a Pokemon trainer, right?
Depends, has he "caught them all" yet?
