Who the hell has a 60 person party? Also, that many people could ruin your house. A long time ago there was a party and people were going nuts because it wasn't their house for one thing and drinking isn't ever a good thing even if you are doing it to be cool.

OP, your brother owes you a new comforter. And reimbursement for any other damages or expenses. Evil thoughts you may wish to entertain: Keep this one. Wash as directed above. In a few months, find out if any of those couples is expecting. If so, send the abused comforter as a baby shower present and sign accompanying card with your brother's name. If no babies, give it to your brother as a present, preferably when it will be opened at a suitably embarrassing occasion. And yes, I have brothers, too. ;)
