OMG! I am the person who posted it! My husband isn't an asshole! Well not ususally! LOL We went to the doctors immediately when i did it and they thought it was just a sprain. I could NOT walk on it for 4 days, and the results just came back yesterday. I was helping around the house, but I was limping. He was making fun of me because he thought it was just a sprain. Yes, I make him sandwiches! And he makes me them too! I have a picture if you want to see it, so you'll know I'm not faking!!!!

if you were doing all of these activities, including walking around on a "fractured" ankle, then clearly it wasnt that bad...
i like how you read three sentences about this person's life, including a statement from a doctor, and still decide that the OP is lying or exaggerating. you sound a lot like her husband, actually.
My sister walked around for a day on a triplane fracture of her ankle as in the fracture was like this -< through her bone. She overreacted and was a drama queen a lot, so I can understand why no one believed her, but it IS possible to walk around on something like that.
Just man up.
dumbass husband
When in doubt-see a doctor. No matter how much your dumbass husband tells you to 'man up'.
That's the sort of macho taunting that men do to other men after accidents, that results in them having decreased mobility for life, or dying in their sleep. >Always< go to the doctor if you think something is seriously wrong! If you were complaining of a broken nail or a splinter or a nosebleed, this would be a different discussion. Letting a fracture heal incorrectly will only cost you money and pain in the future.
if you were walking on it, it must have been minor. if it had gone on longer than a week then maybe fyl bc it would heal out of alignment but you shall go on.
Sounds to me like a stress fracture. They're very small hairline breaks in the bone caused by well... stress and impact on the bone. Your bone won't splinter and your leg collapse if you walk on it for a while, but they can be very very painful.
As a woman, I have to agree with you. No man deserves to have the family jewels threatened. They are fragile and should only be handled with affection. And I also know of a few women who totally deserve to be kicked in their baby makers. I would also like to say that I do not advise violence as an answer to our conflicts however.
My mom did this to my dad- yelled at him whenever he needed to sit down, so he walked around with a broken foot for 2 months. dtmfa!
