atomicgirl tells us more.
OMG! I am the person who posted it! My husband isn't an asshole! Well not ususally! LOL We went to the doctors immediately when i did it and they thought it was just a sprain. I could NOT walk on it for 4 days, and the results just came back yesterday. I was helping around the house, but I was limping. He was making fun of me because he thought it was just a sprain. Yes, I make him sandwiches! And he makes me them too! I have a picture if you want to see it, so you'll know I'm not faking!!!!

Obviously it wasnt that bad if you walked on it for a week
Don't worry, I shattered my wrist by falling off a non-moving bicycle (so technically i guess i was standing) and i didnt find out about it until 3 weeks after the fact because my mom kept telling me i was fine and that i was just trying to get out of housework. Turns out i needed to have three 2inch screws put in my wrist and i was in a cast for nearly 6 mo. Thanks mom.
Considering you mentioned what you were doing as opposed to how much it was hurting, I'm guessing it didn't hurt so bad. Especially since you say it was healthy enough to do actual physical work on.
Um, ok morons saying that it couldn't have been that bad if she walked on it...YES, yes it could very well have been that bad. See there where she points out that it WAS that bad? Fractured? Ring a bell? Idiots. OP FYL your hubby is a jerk man.
Sound like my dad
it could have been bad. her husband could have convinced her otherwise. sometimes its hard to know if your in serious pain if others convince you pain they've been through is worse, so they ignore their own pain and work through it. hence, the question: is labor or being kicked in the balls worse? people argue forever telling each other to "man up". FYL OP, next time don't belittle your pain.
