If you dont want a crappy present, then you should take the opportunity when they ask you what you want to tell them.

If you get your mustache removed from your face, won't you worry MORE about it when it goes to college? If you don't get the electrolysis, you'll be able to keep an eye on your mustache (as if you've ever noticed it before.) However, if it wants to get involved in college hijinks, your mustache is going to try to have to do it right under your nose.
