OP is obviously trying nto move on or they wouldn't have given the flat mate the metaphorical green light. That doesn't mean they can't complain a bit over having to watch them be together. In fact, not confronting that seeing (well, hearing) the ex and crush having sex hurt is more likely to make OP bitter over the whole thing than making a statement about how they are displeased with how things turned out on an anonymous site is.

If you dated him first, I think it's really messed up of them to have sex and basically force you to listen to it. Even with your "blessing." I think it shows a major lack of consideration on both of their parts.
