That's what you get with a destination wedding
Well hopefully just because you're in the same as place doesn't mean you have to acknowledge their presence.
They may be staying but you are not required to spend that time with them... check in at a different hotel and have fun with your new hubs
How about grow a pair and tell them no?
say no, **** that
I'd tell my fiancé the wedding isn't happening if his family is like that. If it's like this now, imagine how the rest of your life will be.
Stand your ground and say "no"
Just tell them no. They can't just join you. If they want to stay, they have to stay somewhere else and they can't expect you to chill with them
The Familymoon. My rents went on my sibling's honeymoon. They all did their own thing. It's not like they'll stand at the end of the bed and watch (unless you want).

How about just telling them no? you gotta set the boundaries early on, or they'll just do as they please and never respect you.
Just copulate aggressively and loudly the first night and see if they still want to join you for the next six days.
