poor kitty ;~;
Awwww the cat misses it's partner in crime!!! Poor kitty... I'm sorry I honestly feel more sympathy for the cat....
I have experienced this when we lost a cat, our other cat was upset and cried for a few days. Just make sure to be patient with your cat and don't get angry at the meowing. He is grieving and just like humans, every person and animal grieves differently. Just give your cat extra love and cuddles. Eventually he will settle down when he is ready. I feel terrible for this poor kitty.
Set down your phone and put him in your lap and stroke him for as long as he will let you.
Just kick it until it stops
I hope you never own any animals.
The same thing happened to my dog, just give it time after about a week your cat will stop, if you need some peace and quiet what I did was drop him off at my parents for a bit just to relax

The poor cat must miss its friend.
It's likely because your cat misses the other cat. My cat did the same thing for a few days after our other cat passed away. Vets suggest allowing other pets to see/sniff the deceased pet so that they have a better understanding of why they are gone.
