All is well, he was reminded to have "nice hands" as well as other things. He lives at the facility I work at, but I will not be working with this youth anymore. Things escalated very quickly and in order for everyone to be safe and be able to learn in an apparently less tempting environment I will be in a different location.

Looks like you need to have a talk with his parents. Let them know what happened, before this escalates into something more serious, such as him accusing you of abuse.

We had a group in middle school that I was a part of that helped the challenged kids at the school. The club was cancelled but I kept helping almost everyday. My buddy was this kid named Dylan who thought I was his girlfriend. It was cute. One time I was helping them at lunch and his friend was like "Hey Dylan come sit with me. " and he was like "No man I'm sittin with my girlfriend"

Yeah he was awesome. He would always "protect " me from this other challenged kid who was kinda a perv and would go up to girls saying "YOUR HOT ". The teen OP is talking about sounds like something this kid would do. Dylan was always like "Leave her alone Shane. "...I miss Dylan.

Something similar happened to me..I used to help the aids when I was in high school, and a boy came up to me, said I was pretty, then he grabbed my boobs. He kept trying to fondle me the rest of the day. Just remember to keep telling him touching isn't okay.
