Today, the abandoned cat that I took in for the night and during bad weather seems to have spread fleas around my house. They're everywhere. FML

You did a good deed for a cat. I commend you.

Don't be such a pussy, get some flea-sprays and take care of that! At least now you have an awesome kitty. :)

Get some flea spray for the ones in the house and some medicine for the kitty. You're a really good person for taking him in and protecting him.

Please don't blame the kitty and kick him/her out again. That's cruel. You are a GREAT, and compassionate person for coming to kitty's aid. Petco and Petsmart sell frontline and other flea killers for fairly cheap. It works!! Put it on kitty's neck and soon fleas are dead. They cannot reproduce! Please continue to help house kitty.

Time to start vacuuming, get flea control spray for the carpets (zodiac works best) and furniture and revolution (flea topical ointment) for the cat.

Always remember no good deed goes un-**** punched

thats what you get for being nice to a cat.

YDI, not for taking in a cat needing shelter, that's cool, but this was essentially a street cat right so why give it the run of your house? Why not give it a single room to shelter, food, water, blankets and other items you're not attached to that can be cleaned/thrown out if they do get infested.
