Today, was my 16th birthday and I was supposed to be surprised with a new car. I have overheard my parents talking about bringing it home tonight while I was at a friend's house. We snuck back to my house to see them bring my car home. All I saw was my Dad crash my new car into a street lamp. FML

Today, my parents said that they bought me a car. I had been begging for one for a year and they always said that I would have to pay for it myself. I got really excited and went to the garage to see my new ride. It was a Hot Wheels car with a note saying, "Save your money". FML

That's what you get for sneaking back to peek. And a street lamp?!... It was in your neighborhood meaning unless dad was nascaring through your neighborhood, it will be driveable. So your dad should post an fml saying how his ungrateful child ruined their birthday surprise and made him wreck her new car into a pole. be glad they even considered anything like a car. when i turned 16 i got an n64 and i nearly had a stroke over the happiness so i dont want to hear any bitching about him crashing it!!! you kids nowadays expect so much from adults and your parents!!

The only reason most of you are saying 'your such a spoiled bitch' is because you know the situation, and have now assesed it against the OP. I'm sure if you were in the OPs shies you would have been a little pissed because you wouldnt have expected that to happen. How do you know OP is spoiled? How do you know they didnt deserve the car because they have worked hard? Your just judging them. Now yes OP could be ridiculously spoiled abd is just bitching, but people always assume the worst, its annoying when people are always so negative.
