Today, while at the movies, I started making my way to the end of the row so I could pee. Others moved to make room except for a man at the end. As I tried to climb over him, I tripped and fell on top of him. When I told him I was sorry, he just smiled and said, "Mmm, don't be. I enjoyed it." FML

NewUsername tells us more.

Hi guys, OP here! Now that I have more space I'll explain a bit more. I was with my friend and she had left a bit earlier to get snacks and the man moved for her. When I left about 10 minutes later (I asked the woman next to me to please save our seats) the movie theater was really crowded. My friend and I were about 6 seats from the edge, so not too many people had to shift out of our way thankfully. Of course, as in the FML, I tripped and accidently fell on top of him, and he made his comment. Anyway, I brushed it off, taking it as a joke, and went about my day. After I used the restroom, I met my friend as she was heading back into the theater and I told her what happened. She called him a creep but didn't think anything of it either. Since she was holding the giant popcorn I let her go in front of me and the man on the end moved for her. When I went to go by, he moved back to where he was, blocking my way once again. As I stood in the walkway, I nicely asked him to move but he only laughed. "Nah, climb over me again. It was fun last time." That's when he pissed me off and I pushed his legs out of the way to force my way by. He just laughed and watched me as I walked back to my seat. Certainly not the worst thing to ever happen, but still quite an uncomfortable situation to be in!

Should have peed on him to assert your dominance.

Not only is it rude he didn't move to make room for you to pass, but that is just super creepy.

When you are going back to your seat, trip again and "accidentally" knee him in the balls

Ugh. What a creep! I will never understand how anyone can behave like this in public so clearly for everyone to see. I'm wondering how things went when you had to go back to your seat; did you try the other end of the rows so you wouldn't have to pass him again?

Next time this happend step on their feet and when they complain you tell them "You saw me coming so you should have moved them it's not my fault you're an a$$hole" works for me everytime but then again I'm a 280 man that looks intimitating

I'm a female and, depending on how much of a d*** someone is being and if I feel like being a b**** to them for it, I would not hesitate to be like "excuse you." all short and snippy and with an attitude. Most of the time, I'll try being nice first but, sometimes, b****mode is required.

This guy broke through the ceiling on level of creepiness

People have to stop over reacting saying "it's creepy" Maybe he just meant it as a joke. I bet it wouldn't be creepy for some of you if that guy was hot or a celebrity. The only thing I guess I really hate is that he didn't move for her, and if he purposely didn't move so she would have to get over him then he's just a horny shit

Jesus ******* Christ. Where do you draw the line then? At what point does something become inappropriate? He PURPOSELY did not move so that she would fall on him and then he said that. It's completely inappropriate and it is not overreacting to be creeped out by out.

What that is the most creepiest thing ever!

And no one else said anything? Was he with anyone? I would be angry and embarrassed if someone I was with acted that way.

Weirdly enough, no one said anything. A woman was sitting next to him but I have no idea if they were there together. He was pretty quiet and neither of us made a scene, so others were probably talking to their friends or watching the previews and didn't notice us.

That is so creepy! Good on you for refusing to climb over him again though. Ick.
