If it was out during the day I'd keep an eye on it. If it's eating food you're fine and sometimes mother raccoons decide it's safer to forage during the day so you may have little ones in your area. If it's not eating and out during the day and a staggering around that's when to potentially call animal control. Keep an eye on any outdoor animals you might have because if this raccoon comes around your house and ends up being infected it'll go after anything that moves. For now enjoy your new friend..we have 3 outside ones and they're not really food picky =D
